The Gallery represents Westcoast Contemporary Canadian Art and its Artists. Offering Artists working in Sculpture, Painting, Printmaking, Photography, Video, Sound and Performance an opportunity to share ideas and present new works.

How To Buy

Thank you for your interest to Purchase.

Please make note that works which are immediately available to purchase are as follows:

• Now Showing - the work shown in the Tab: Now Showing are currently here on display on the walls of the Gallery.

• Gift Gallery - the work shown in the Tab: Gift Gallery are also currently here on display.

• Art Cards & Prints - the work shown in the Tab: Art Cards & Prints are mostly all currently here on display.

All the other work shown on each Artist's page - have previously been shown in the Gallery and have then gone back to the Artist. If interested is shown, then the Artist will be contacted to determine if the piece is still available to purchase.

Kindly contact us by calling our Toll Free number, email or use our Contact Form - with the name of the Work you would like to purchase. Please confirm if you wish to pick up at our Gallery or have your purchased delivered.

Please provide your email and delivery address (if delivery is your choice.) We provide free delivery in the Port Alberni area.

We will email to you our Invoice for your payment. (includes shipping costs if applicable)

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a payment receipt and confirmatin that your purchase will be available for pickup or packaged & shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Cash, Online debit payments, direct bank transfers and PayPal.

All credit card payments made are secure & encrypted through either First Data Payment Solutions or via PayPal

Ordering

On all original work, when you contact us to order, we will make sure that the piece is still available. We then give you an estimate of how long it will take to prepare your order for shipping from our gallery. From there, the actual delivery time-frame will depend on your destination, chosen shipping method and your country’s customs office.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Online debit payments, direct bank transfers and PAYPAL. Please allow sufficient time for clearing. We have disabled the shopping cart as shipping charges will vary. Kindly make the initial enquiry by email or telephone.

We offer worldwide freight and shipping service and Free Local Delivery. We can arrange to deliver purchases within the Alberni Valley area at no charge.

Shipping

We pack and ship all orders with the lowest possible cost in mind. All items are professionally packaged. We usually ship with Canada Post using the Xpresspost service or UPS Ground Service, to provide the best service at lowest cost.

We reserve the right to refuse orders shipping to P.O. Boxes. No COD orders. We will ship as quickly as possible after payment has been processed and will advise you when items have been shipped.

Disclaimer: delivery may be delayed going through customs and/or by local postal standards and/or prevailing conditions or circumstances. DRAW Gallery makes no guarantee of expected delivery time.

Express Shipping
We will gladly quote for the fastest shipping service available to most international destinations. Please contact us to discuss express shipping options and pricing with you. (For example, typically, UPS International 3 to 5 day service costs about 50% more than Canada Post.)

Duties and Taxes
Internationally,depending on your local customs office you may be required to pay duties and taxes, usually cash-on-delivery. DRAW has no control over or responsibility for this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Order Processing Restrictions to Some Countries
If your country is on the international fraud black-list, this will prevent us from taking your order. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please be aware that there may be slight variations in colour and size from the image shown on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then the item may be returned to us for a gallery credit of the purchase price (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). The following conditions apply to all returns:

Providing that the item is shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. Insurance of the return shipment is the responsibility of the sender. All returns must be within 7 days of receipt. You should contact us, to request a Return Authorization. Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted. On original art pieces, a Return Authorization request must be made within 24 hours of the time of delivery of the item.

All return shipments must be fully insured. Should your order be damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of the time of delivery, by email or by calling, otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you.

Describe in detail the reason for the return and if the item was received damaged please provide digital photos of both the item and the original shipping package.

All returned items must be in their original condition and unused. If the item was received damaged, all pieces of the item as well as the original shipping package must be returned. All returns must be prepaid and insured against both loss and breakage when returned.

DRAW Gallery and Drawing Room Art Works Ltd. reserves the right to modify this shipping and returns policy from time to time.

While DRAW Gallery uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the website, DRAW Gallery makes no warranties as to its accuracy. DRAW Gallery assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the website and shall not be obligated to supply any item or product to a customer in relation to any item to which inaccurate information has been attributed.

All prices on the site are quoted in Canadian currency and are exclusive of any taxes. The customer in addition to the price of the item shall pay any applicable Canadian taxes. Those taxes will be discussed during the ordering process. The customer shall also be responsible for payment of any duty, taxes, levies etc. imposed as the result of the importation to their country of residence, of any item purchased from DRAW Gallery

Use of this website, and information distributed in conjunction with this website, is offered to you on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Returns Policy.
